Both domestic and international purchases from our store, not including letters of authenticity and collector cards, will be sent tracked and/or signed.

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified. Tracking, if applicable, will be available once the item(s) has been sent.

I do not operate as a retail store, all items for sale on this website are my own personal items that I have purchased over the years I have collected and offer them for sale as a Harry Potter collector community member for others to pursue their collecting goals.

Consultation Services

A consultation via zoom, or any other medium agreed by the client and Adam Houston, shall take place at a time agreed upon by Adam Houston and the client. You must be at least 18 years of age to utilise our consultation services. A consultation will only take place once payment has been received in full pursuant to an invoice being sent out. In purchasing a consultation you agree that this is non-refundable regardless of the productiveness, effectiveness, usefulness or any other outcome of the consultation.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if your order is canceled prior to shipping. To cancel, please reply to the email you received containing your order number.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in North East, England. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
